DMCA / Copyright

This page tells you where to send a copyright notice about material on wildbreath.life. It is a contact notice, not legal advice.

Wild Breath has not finished designating a DMCA agent. Fields marked “Pending designation” are placeholders. The designation is not effective until the same name, mailing address, phone, and email are registered in the U.S. Copyright Office DMCA Designated Agent Directory. The mailing address below is the organization’s published address.

Sending a notice

If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own, send a notice to the agent above that includes:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed.
  3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient for us to find it (a URL is enough when you have one).
  4. Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act for the copyright owner.

Counter-notice

If we remove material in response to a notice and you believe that removal was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same agent. Include your signature, the material that was removed and where it appeared, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake, your name and contact information, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the United States, for any district where Wild Breath may be found) and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice.
