We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, emergency contact, and health/waiver information submitted through applications and registration forms. Donors who give through Givebutter provide their information to Givebutter directly under their privacy practices.
Analytics & Cookies
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use the site. We do not run advertising cookies and we never sell your data. Visitors in the EU, UK, and Switzerland are not given analytics cookies unless they accept them through our cookie banner; everywhere else, analytics is on by default and you can decline at any time using the same banner. You can change your choice later by clearing your browser storage for this site.
How We Use Information
We use your information to evaluate retreat applications, communicate about programs, send participation logistics, acknowledge donations, respond to inquiries, and meet legal and safety obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate (such as our backend, email, and donation platforms), or when required by law or to protect safety.

Children
Wild Breath retreats are for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
